Nereideos is a Legendary Dragon and Water type pokemon which plays a major role in the Austerian Streams game.

It is a very ancient Pokémon whoose exact origins are unknown, but it appears to evolve from Nereidi. The circumstances of this evolution are, however, a mystery.

Along with Nepheleos and Lampadeos, Nereideos guards the Seals of Austeros.

Physiology

Nereideos has a dinosaur-like body with a long neck and a finned tail.

Abilities

Nereideos's touch is said to be able to purify anything, ranging from the water it swims in, to sick creature.

Behavior

Nereideos is very shy, and rarely makes contact with either people or Pokémon.

Habitat

It resides in the many rivers of the Austerian jungle.
